Infinisol's core team consists of 1 person Michael. He is the president, CEO, Chief cook and bottle washer. Michael's job is to coordinate resources for whatever the task at hand.

Physically, we are in Up-State NY - however, we only meet about 25% of our clients face to face. So location and time zones are really not a factor.

Pronounced: IN-FIN-I-SOL. Originally, Infinisol did pretty much everything to do with computers. So the word originated from Infinite Solutions.

We provide custom estimates for all our work. We typically bill 'per project' unless a client requests hourly billing. We don't have any set prices, but we usually try to make our initial estimate at least 25% below what we think a comparable firm would charge. When we price a project, we consider many things: size, quality required, service required, client's ability to assist us, complexity, deadlines, market conditions, etc. There is no magic formula that provides our pricing. Quotes are provided at the proposal stage of any project because we cannot commit to a solid price until we know all the details of the task at hand. Those details are outlined in the proposal.

Infinisol's goal is to make this process not only painless, but fun. We try to do as much for you as possible, but the fact remains that you'll have to put some hours into the project as well. We'll always be very clear about what is expected of you and when. We're more than happy to talk you through the process for your specific project.

Absolutely! Support ranges from simply fielding friendly emails for advise and help to providing daily web-maintenance services for our clients. But realize that in the end, we custom tailor our support plans to each client's specific needs.
